The CDA has entrusted a private firm with the responsibility of developing this monumental facility under the design, build, operate, and transfer (DBOT) model. The primary objective of the proposal is to create a dedicated space that fosters the preservation and conservation of various species. To ensure transparency, the CDA has opted to establish the aviary through an open auction process.
