From your first call to the day you walk into your finished home every step is defined, documented, and communicated.
We visit your home or property and have a detailed conversation about how you live, what you need, and what you want to feel when you walk through the door. We take measurements, note the architectural context, and identify any structural constraints. No charge, no obligation. For overseas clients this is done via video call with a team member walking through the space on your behalf.
Our designer produces scaled floor plans showing furniture placement, traffic flow, storage locations, and room zoning. A concept board is presented with the proposed style direction colour palettes, material references, and lighting concepts. You can see exactly where the design is going before any detailed drawings are produced. Revisions at this stage are easy and cost nothing.
Photorealistic 3D renders are produced for every room in the project. You see the false ceiling design, flooring pattern, furniture arrangement, lighting effect at different times of day, and wall treatments all before a single material is ordered. This step eliminates surprises and prevents expensive changes mid-execution. Included in all GB interior design packages at no extra cost.
With the 3D approved, we produce a detailed Bill of Quantities listing every material, brand, specification, and quantity. You review and approve the full material list. For premium and luxury projects, a physical material sample board is prepared so you can feel the textures and see the colours in natural light. The BOQ becomes the contract document no surprise additions later.
A single fixed-price contract is issued covering all works. The contract includes a week-by-week execution schedule, milestone payment structure (no large upfront payments), and a clear scope statement. Variations outside the agreed scope are documented and priced separately before proceeding no retrospective surprises on your final bill.
Our site supervisor is present every working day. All works proceed in the correct sequence: civil modifications first, false ceiling frame, MEP second fix, flooring, woodwork installation, tiling, painting, and finally lighting fit-off and styling. For overseas clients, a WhatsApp video update is sent every week showing actual site progress against the approved 3D renders. No work proceeds to the next phase until the previous one is quality-checked and approved.
A formal snagging inspection is conducted before handover every surface, fitting, and junction is checked against the approved drawings. All defects are rectified before the key is handed over. For turnkey projects, we also handle the final styling: artwork placement, cushions, plants, and accessories that complete the look from the 3D renders. Post-handover, our team remains available for any maintenance questions under our warranty terms.
