    Architectural Drawings by PCATP-Licensed Architect

    Prepared in full compliance with Bahria Town bylaws coverage, setbacks, heights, facade. GB's in-house architects produce BTAP-ready sets, avoiding the revision cycles caused by external architects unfamiliar with BT's specific requirements.

  2. 02

    Structural and MEP Drawing Sets

    Foundation design, column-beam layout, slab calculations, and MEP layout all required for BTAP submission. For larger plots, soil testing reports are also included at this stage.

  3. 03

    BTAP Submission Four Sets

    Four complete drawing sets submitted to BTAP Head Office with plot allotment letter, ownership documents, and applicable fee (Rs 15,000–50,000 depending on project scope).

    BTAP Review 2 to 5 Weeks

    BTAP reviews for bylaw compliance. Minor revision requests are common. GB's templates are structured to pre-empt standard BTAP remarks, which substantially reduces the revision cycle.

    NOC Issued Construction Begins

    Stamped drawings and approval letter issued. Construction cannot begin before this point. Approved drawings must remain on site at all times and presented to BTAP inspector on every visit.

    Foundation Rebar Inspection

    BTAP structural inspector visits after rebar placement and before any concrete pour. Mandatory cannot be skipped. GB coordinates this as a standard project milestone.

    Floor-Level Inspections

    BTAP inspectors visit at each floor level during construction. Structure must match approved drawings at every stage before proceeding to the next floor.

    Completion Certificate

    Final BTAP inspection upon project completion. Certificate required for permanent LESCO electricity and SNGPL gas connections. GB has 100% completion certificate record across all BT projects.
