Excavation and foundation marking
The plot is excavated to the depth in the structural drawings, then the footing positions are marked out from the column and wall layout so every foundation sits where the drawing puts it.
Stone soling, footings and foundation walls
Stone soling is laid and compacted under the footings, then the footings and foundation walls are built up to plinth level. These are the parts of the house nobody sees later, so they are photographed at each step.
Our site board on the plot
Every Glorious Builders site carries our board, so owners and neighbours know who is responsible for the work.
How these stages are billed
On a Glorious Builders contract, every stage shown here is a line in the written, item-wise BOQ, and payment for it is released after dated site photos reach the owner. Our construction estimate is approximately Rs 3,000 to Rs 3,250 per square foot of covered area; the exact price is the written BOQ for your drawings.
