Master bathrooms in marble
Marble wet areas need correct floor slopes to the drain and waterproofing under the stone; both are done before the finish goes down.
Glass showers
Frameless glass enclosures and recessed niches keep the shower area separate without closing the room in.
Vanities and mirrors
Floating and double vanities, with arch and wide mirrors, set the look of each room.
Tiles and wall finishes
Chevron and patterned floor tiles and textured or stone feature walls give each bathroom its own finish.
How finishing is billed
On a Glorious Builders contract, finishing items such as marble, tiles, glass and sanitary fittings are listed item by item in the written BOQ with the brand and grade chosen by the owner, so the price of each bathroom is known before work starts.
