Repair or replace the roof?
A sound RCC slab with leaks usually needs waterproofing and slope correction. A roof with rusted girders, a sag, or widespread spalling usually needs replacement with a properly designed RCC slab. Only an engineer can decide after inspection; never decide from a photo.
